Terms and Conditions:
Prepare a Location for the Rental Container: A 12-yard roll off dumpster measures approximately 15 feet long and 8 feet wide, which is quite large if you have a small driveway or no driveway at all. So, it’s important to ensure you clear an area large enough to accommodate a bulky roll off container. This means moving automobiles out of the driveway, kids toys, and any other obstacles the roll off truck may encounter when dropping off your rented dumpster.
Avoid Prohibited Items: Common items prohibited from being thrown out include car batteries, paint, oil, flammable liquids like gasoline and other fuels, Mattresses, Medical waste such as bandages, syringes or medications, food waste, items containing toxic or hazardous materials like asbestos, lead or refrigerant, tires and freon.
These materials are prohibited because they can be harmful to both the environment and human health,
and require special disposal. If these materials are found in your dumpster, you’ll likely be charged a
contamination fee. It’s important that Mad Industries. Inc. knows exactly what materials you plan to throw
Contamination: The inclusion of any materials not meant for the Equipment type as described may result in cost alteration. Any loads rejected by the landfill are subject to a contamination fee. The Customer is solely responsible for the equipment’s contents.
Overfills and Offloads: The customer is required to observe the fill line on the side of the equipment. The driver will not haul a box with debris protruding from the top or a box that surpasses the weight restrictions for public roads or highways established by the Department of Transportation. In this event, the customer is responsible for its offload and may incur a $100 attempted removal fee should Mad Industries, Inc have to reschedule a time to return to remove the box.
Exceeding Max Weight Limit: Any box exceeding the max weight limit will be charged an overage fee of $55 per ton. All 10 yard box rentals include a weight limit of 2 tons (4,000 lbs), anything over 2 tons will be charged at $55 per ton overage fee. All 12 yard box rentals include a weight limit of 3 tons (6,000 lbs), anything over 3 tons will be charged at $55 per ton overage fee.
Cancellations: Cancellations or changes must be made during office hours. Cancellations made any time before the delivery date will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the scheduled delivery date will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Delivery and/or Removal: Delivery and/or removal of the box is at the discretion of Mad Industries, Inc and is based on safety and accessibility. It is the customers responsibility to make Mad Industries aware of any overhead wires, low hanging branches, narrow alleyways and any other such obstructions that may limit or prohibit access to the location. If the driver is unable to deliver and/or remove the box due to safety reasons and/or lack of accessibility, the customer will be charged a $100 attempted delivery/removal charge per occurrence. Mad Industries does not offer and will not guarantee a service time frame more specific than this 12 hour window. Furthermore, the time of day the box is delivered will have no correlation on the time of day the box is removed.
Driveways/Parking Areas: The customer covenants, represents and warrants that any access/location provided for Mad Industries equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. Mad Industries, Inc shall not be responsible for damage to any pavement or accompanying sub-surface or any route reasonably necessary to perform the services herein
contracted. In addition, Mad Industries, Inc shall not be responsible for any damage to pavement, utilities,
property, lawns, fences, shrubbery or other exterior items.
Placement and Street Permits: If relocation is required at any time other than during a service, a $100.00 relocation fee will be charged. In the event that the equipment is placed in the street for the duration of the rental period at the customer’s request or due to a lack of off-street access the customer may be responsible for obtaining a street permit from the city or may be subject to a street permit fee from Mad Industries, Inc.
Rental Duration: All dumpsters are rented for a total of 7 days. If a dumpster is needed longer than 7 days a $100 per week duration fee will be charged per each week that the dumpster is kept over 7 days.
Payment Terms: All Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoiced date with either Cash, Credit/Debit Card (Please note that paying with a card inquires a 4% fee), Check or Money Order. Credit Card Customers: All cards will be charged within 1-2 days of pick up. All checks and Money orders are made
payable to Mad Industries, Inc and are mailed to PO Box 801106 Acworth, GA 30101. A $45 returned
check fee will be charged for each returned check. Payments not received within 7 days of the
invoice date are subject to a $50.00 late fee.
